SATURDAY CLASS - Brother Embroidery Machines Intro to Design Center - Nov 8th, 10:00 - 12:30

Elayne will cover the basics of the Design Center in your Brother Stellaire, Luminaire or Aveneer Embroidery machine.  Baby Lock machines are welcome too.  Other brands do not have this feature.

This session WILL NOT cover scanning images into the machine or converting scans to embroidery. That is the next step, after what you'll learn in this class.

You must bring your machine . This class covers a lot of information and just watching isn't enough. You will not be stitching. You don't need to bring a hoop or thread. You need your machine, embroidery arm, cord and a USB stick. 

This class is "brain" intensive. Be prepared to think for 2 1/2 hours! It's not hard, it's just that these machines have lots of fun options. Don't be afraid, we're here to help you.

This class will cover the following design center features: basic menu capabilities, navigation, creating shapes and changing the stitches used around them including changing size, angle and outline.  Also, drawing shapes and changing stitches in them and filling around built in designs with fills, stipple or echo quilting.
