Rachael's Heart Pillow Pattern - Downloadable

For those who don't know, Rachael was Elayne's heart donor and this project is our way of trying to thank donor families for their amazing gift. We ask anyone who is interested to make a pillow cover and send it to us to share with donor families. (The address is on the pattern.}

This is our 7th year and we usually donate about 500 pillows to families at the annual donor family appreciation event. You may use this pattern for anything you would like except - you may not sell this pattern in anyway. It is OK to share this pattern as is. Please do not remove our information. 

This pattern includes 2 basic heart quilt blocks one solid, one striped and the instructions to turn the blocks into a "pillow cover".  You just purchase a pillow form and put it into the cover.
