Stitch Points

Stitch Points are our online thank-you program. Eligible online purchases receive Stitch Points as our way of thanking you for shopping with Sewing Basket online.

During designated Stitch Points Redemption Weeks, Stitch Points can be redeemed for savings on future eligible online purchases.

Just like our in-store Rewards Bucks, Stitch Points are another way we like to say thank you. In-store purchases continue to receive paper Rewards Bucks, while eligible online purchases receive Stitch Points. Each program is designed to reward the way you choose to shop.

We'll take care of tracking your Stitch Points and will send you an email before each Stitch Points Redemption Week if you have a reward waiting.

Eligible online purchases automatically receive Stitch Points based on the merchandise subtotal before taxes and shipping.

For every $10 spent on eligible merchandise, your purchase receives 1 Stitch Point.

The following purchases are not eligible to receive Stitch Points:

• Classes and events
  
• Gift cards
  
• Sale and clearance merchandise
  
• Taxes and shipping charges

Stitch Points are redeemed during designated Stitch Points Redemption Weeks, which occur several times throughout the year.

We'll send you an email before each Redemption Week if you have a reward waiting, along with your discount code and simple redemption instructions.

When your eligible purchases have received enough Stitch Points to reach one of the redemption levels below, you'll receive a reward during the next Stitch Points Redemption Week.ls on availability, style, or even provide a review.

Stitch Points Reward

• 5 - $5 Off a $20+ Online Purchase
• 10 - $10 Off a $40+ Online Purchase
• 15 - $15 Off a $60+ Online Purchase
• 20- $20 Off a $80+ Online Purchase

Customers receiving more than 20 Stitch Points during an earning period may receive a customized reward.

We'll take care of tracking your Stitch Points for you.

Before each Stitch Points Redemption Week, we'll email customers who have a reward waiting with:

• Their reward amount
• A discount code
• Redemption dates
• Simple instructions for using their reward

There's nothing you need to keep track of—we'll let you know when it's time to redeem your Stitch Points.

Stitch Points are intended to be redeemed during the next available Stitch Points Redemption Week.

If you haven't yet reached the first redemption level, your Stitch Points will be carried forward to the next earning period, giving you one additional opportunity to receive your first reward.

Any remaining Stitch Points that do not reach the first redemption level during that next earning period will expire.
